§ 10-74. Appeals.

  • (a)

    Appeals alleging error in the denial, suspension or revocation of a license or permit issued under this article shall be by petition for a formal hearing before the city commission.

    (b)

    A notice of intent to appeal shall be filed with the city clerk within 15 days of the mailing of a notice of denial, suspension or revocation of a license or permit. Thereafter, and upon payment of a fee of $100.00 to cover administrative costs, a hearing will be scheduled within 30 days. The city clerk shall give the petitioning party at least ten days' written notice of the time and place for the hearing.
