§ 102-60. Issuance of permit.

This issuance of a permit under this division does not in itself connote that the location and size of the sign and the structural details are necessarily in full compliance with this chapter, and, therefore, the issuance of the permit does not preclude subsequent corrective action by the city manager or other authorized city employee for latent deficiencies which constitute violations of this chapter.
