STI agrees to provide the city with a grant of $15,000.00 within 30 days of the acceptance of this franchise and an additional $15,000.00 on the fifth anniversary of the award of this franchise to the city for the purchase by the city of audio and visual equipment for future recording and broadcasting of municipal events, including but not limited to, city commission meetings.
