§ 8. [Incorporation of federal amendments.]

Latest version.

By ordinance, and in the city's discretion, any lawful modification or re-regulation resulting from amendment of section 76.31 ("Franchise Standards") of the rules and regulations of the FCC or federal legislature, may be incorporated into this ordinance as of the date such modifications become effective under FCC regulations or federal law or thereafter.
