§ 19. [Effective date.]

This ordinance shall take effect upon the final adoption and acceptance by grantee hereof as evidenced by execution of the franchise acceptance agreement. In the event the grantee does not accept this ordinance in its entirety in writing on or before 90 days after its adoption, the city shall have the right in its sole discretion to determine by motion that this ordinance is null and void. However all revenues to the city as calculated under this ordinance shall be paid during said 90-day period.
